Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- ACCA, CA, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred for accounting and compliance roles.
- Additional qualifications in risk management or research analysis are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, compliance, or risk management.
- Proven track record of handling complex financial matters or managing pension funds.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools.
