Responsibilities:
- Site Engineer:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at construction sites.
- Ensure that all engineering and construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety of the project, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues.
- Prepare and review technical reports, project documentation, and progress reports.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Site Supervisor:
- Supervise the on-site construction team, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to specifications, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and report to the Site Engineer regarding any delays or issues.
- Coordinate with various teams, including laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure productivity and safety on the construction site.
- Assist in managing materials and resources effectively to avoid shortages or waste.
Qualifications:
- For Site Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, B.E., or related field.
- Relevant experience in civil engineering and project management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- For Site Supervisor:
- Intermediate, DAE, or Bachelor degree in relevant fields.
- Previous experience in site supervision or construction management is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, safety procedures, and site management.
