Responsibilities
- Assistant Project Manager

- Deputy Project Manager (Technical)

- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and implementation, particularly in technical areas.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team for project execution.
- Data Entry Operator
- Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring the information is correct and up-to-date.
- Prepare reports and assist in data processing as required by the department.
- Handle administrative duties as directed by the supervisor or project manager.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Assistant Project Manager: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Deputy Project Manager (Technical): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field.
- Data Entry Operator: Intermediate qualification or relevant certifications in data entry or office administration.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in project management or data entry roles will be an advantage.
- For Assistant and Deputy Project Manager roles, at least 2-3 years of experience in managing projects is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Technical proficiency (for Deputy Project Manager technical role) and experience in project management tools would be a plus.
