A Security Company in Lahore is currently seeking qualified candidates for various Security Staff roles, including Havaldar, Security Guard, Sipahi, Security Staff, Subedar, and Subedar Major. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining security at different premises, ensuring the safety of individuals, and preventing any unauthorized activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Havaldar / Sipahi / Subedar Major:
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel and ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Lead patrols of designated areas, monitor access points, and prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond quickly to security alarms and emergencies, ensuring a swift resolution of any incidents.
- Maintain security logs and reports, noting any unusual incidents or activities.
- Security Guard / Security Staff:
- Perform regular surveillance of premises, including checking doors, windows, and other vulnerable areas.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats and unauthorized activities.
- Assist visitors, employees, and residents by providing directions or other security-related services.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activities or security breaches to senior security staff.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Preferred: Middle, Matric, or Intermediate qualification.
- Relevant experience in security roles will be considered an advantage.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in security or similar positions will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Experience in handling security equipment, including CCTV systems and alarm systems, will be a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills to report security issues effectively.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of patrolling and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
- Knowledge of security systems and protocols will be an advantage.
