Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities for each role include but are not limited to:
- Security Guard / Security Staff:
- Monitor and protect premises, properties, and personnel.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols around the facility.
- Ensure the safety and security of the workplace at all times.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations as required.
- Supervisor:
- Supervise and manage security team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee security protocols, conduct training, and maintain discipline among staff.
- Report incidents and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Driver:
- Safely transport security personnel and goods to designated locations.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and report any issues immediately.

Qualifications
- Education: Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education level preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in security or driving roles is an advantage, especially for supervisor positions.
- Skills:
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic communication skills and ability to handle emergencies.
- Valid driving license (for Driver positions).
