Cargo Company is seeking experienced Retired Staff for various positions in the Security department. Responsibilities
Retired Lance Naik, Retired Subedar, Retired Havaldar (Security Roles):
- Provide security and surveillance services at the cargo company’s premises.

- Respond to security breaches, incidents, and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and assets.
- Perform any other security-related tasks as assigned by the management.
Cook:
- Prepare and cook meals for staff in compliance with food safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed for the preparation of meals.
Driver:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and personnel as required.
- Ensure that vehicles are well-maintained and regularly inspected for safety.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle service schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education required for all positions.
- Retired individuals from the armed forces or security services are preferred for the security roles.
- Valid driving license required for the Driver position.
- Experience:
- Military or security background for security-related roles is preferred.
- Previous experience as a cook or driver is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols for the security positions.
