Public Relations Officer & Call Operator Jobs 2025

Responsibilities

Public Relations Officer (PRO):

  • Manage internal and external communication strategies.
  • Represent the organization in public events and interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Call Operator:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide information or assistance as required.
  • Record call details and escalate inquiries when necessary.

Manager & Female Manager:

  • Supervise daily operations and manage staff.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate processes to achieve goals.

Accountant:

  • Manage financial records, budgets, and accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements.

Office Boy & Helper:

  • Handle errands and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces.

Clerk:

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Call Center Agent:

  • Handle customer queries and provide resolutions via phone.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Education: Middle, Matric, Intermediate, BA, Bachelor, or B.Com, depending on the role.
  • Skills:
    • Communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles.
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities for administrative positions.
    • Basic computer literacy for accounting and clerical roles.
  • Experience: Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous but not essential.
