As a Chowkidar (Security Guard) with the PDMA, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PDMA premises. You will play an essential role in protecting people, assets, and property by maintaining a vigilant presence and preventing unauthorized access.
Responsibilities
- Guarding the Premises: Monitor and protect PDMA facilities, ensuring no unauthorized individuals enter the premises.
- Surveillance: Keep an eye on the surroundings, observe for any suspicious activities, and report any incidents to higher authorities.
- Patrolling: Conduct regular rounds of the premises to ensure security and check for any irregularities.
- Assisting with Emergency Procedures: Respond to emergencies, assist with evacuations if needed, and provide support during disaster management operations.
- Documentation: Maintain daily logs of activities, incidents, and visitors, reporting them as necessary.
- General Assistance: Help in maintaining order and cleanliness around the PDMA premises.

Qualifications
- Education: Middle (8th Grade) or equivalent education.
- Experience: Previous experience in a security-related role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Fitness: Candidates must be physically fit to handle security duties and emergencies.
- Skills: Ability to stay alert, report effectively, and handle basic security equipment. Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
