As a Parent Relations Officer, you will be responsible for cultivating strong, positive relationships between the school and its parent community. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student and family experiences within the Beaconhouse system.
Responsibilities
As a Parent Relations Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Parent Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing their queries, concerns, and providing timely support.
- Event Organization: Plan and coordinate various parent engagement activities, meetings, and events that foster strong school-parent partnerships.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication between the school and parents, ensuring important updates, policies, and events are communicated effectively.
- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between parents and the school, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school staff and leadership to ensure that parents’ concerns and suggestions are communicated and addressed appropriately.
- Documentation: Keep records of parent interactions and maintain a database for follow-ups and future engagements.
Qualifications

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
