A leading Private Company in Lahore, Punjab is currently hiring for the positions of Office Assistant, Store Incharge, and IT Incharge. Responsibilities:

  • Office Assistant:
    • Handle day-to-day office tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
    • Assist with document preparation and filing.
    • Support office operations by maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies.
    • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
    • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Store Incharge:
    • Oversee the storage, inventory management, and distribution of company materials.
    • Maintain accurate records of goods received and issued.
    • Ensure the security and proper organization of stock.
    • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and handle order deliveries.
  • IT Incharge (optional, if applicable to the listing):
    • Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees.
    • Maintain IT security and data backup protocols.
    • Install and configure new systems and software.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of IT operations.

Qualifications:

  • Office Assistant:
    • Minimum of Intermediate or higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred).
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Store Incharge:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience in inventory management, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
    • Ability to handle physical stock and maintain proper records.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • IT Incharge (optional):
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure.
    • Good understanding of hardware, software, and network systems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively.
