A reputed Factory located in Lahore is seeking applications for the positions of Medical Officer and Worker. These roles are integral to the smooth operation of the factory, ensuring both medical and operational needs are met efficiently. Responsibilities

Medical Officer

• Provide Medical Assistance:
  • Ensure the health and safety of factory workers by providing medical care in case of injuries or illnesses.
  • Maintain health records of all employees and ensure proper documentation of medical incidents.
• Health & Safety Protocols:
  • Conduct regular health checks and screenings.
  • Ensure that safety measures are being followed to prevent work-related health issues.
• Medical Consultation:
  • Offer medical consultations to employees and provide guidance on general health and wellness.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations.

Worker

• Operational Support:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the factory, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.
  • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work alongside other factory staff to meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

For Medical Officer:

• Education:
  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Medical Officer, preferably in an industrial or factory setting.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of medical care, first aid, and emergency medical procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

For Worker:

• Education:
  • Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor degree, depending on the position.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Ability to work in a team and follow safety guidelines.
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
