Responsibilities

  • Manager:
    • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
    • Manage staff and resources to achieve company objectives.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies for growth and efficiency.
    • Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
    • Handle client relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Clerk:
    • Manage office documentation, filing, and record keeping.
    • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
    • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed.
    • Provide clerical support to managers and other staff members.
  • Accountant:
    • Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
    • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the company.
    • Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Office Boy:
    • Assist in office maintenance and cleanliness.
    • Serve tea/coffee and provide administrative support as needed.
    • Handle courier and postal services.
  • Computer Call Operator:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
    • Provide information to customers and clients.
    • Operate computer systems to track communication logs and customer details.

Qualifications

  • Manager:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
    • Previous experience in management or similar roles is preferred.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Clerk & Office Boy:
    • Matric, Middle, or Intermediate education.
    • Basic office management skills.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Accountant:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.com), Accounting, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of accounting software and financial regulations.
    • Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Female Manager:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
    • Relevant experience in managerial roles, preferably in an office or corporate environment.
    • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
