Responsibilities:

  • Manager:

  • Lady Call Operator:
    • Handle incoming calls and provide information to customers or clients.
    • Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining a detailed record of customer inquiries.
    • Provide high-quality customer service and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and follow-ups.
    • Support other administrative tasks, including data entry and basic office operations.

Qualifications:

  • For Manager:
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar industry.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • For Lady Call Operator:
    • Education: Intermediate, Matric, or Bachelor’s degree.
    • Previous experience in customer service or call handling is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Pleasant telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
