Responsibilities:
- Assistant Manager Fleet / Deputy Manager Fleet / Deputy General Manager Fleet:
- Oversee the operations, maintenance, and optimization of fleet vehicles.
- Monitor the condition and performance of waste collection vehicles, ensuring they are ready for daily operations.
- Develop strategies to improve fleet efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise the fleet management team and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Assistant Manager Operations / Deputy Manager Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day waste management operations.
- Coordinate the deployment of staff and waste collection resources.
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and company standards.
- Develop and implement waste management plans for efficient collection and disposal.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in fleet management, operations, or a similar field in a public or private sector role is preferred.
- Strong background in managing large teams and operational logistics.
