Kamayi is looking for a proactive and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales process. Responsibilities:

  • Generate and identify new leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach activities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition efforts and share valuable insights.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to inform lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and refine outreach scripts and communication templates for lead engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize results and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong skills in lead generation and a proven track record of finding high-quality leads.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills to build rapport with clients and drive engagement.
  • Exceptional research abilities to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Experience in lead generation activities, including using CRM tools and lead databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while taking initiative independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email automation tools is a plus.
