The Vigilance Supervisor and Assistant Manager Vigilance will play key roles in ensuring the integrity and security of the company’s operations. Responsibilities
- Vigilance Supervisor:
- Oversee day-to-day vigilance operations and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Monitor staff behavior and report any irregularities or breaches.
- Assist in investigating incidents related to fraud, misconduct, or security violations.
- Prepare reports for senior management on vigilance activities.
- Assistant Manager Vigilance:
- Manage vigilance teams, providing leadership and guidance on procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of misconduct or violations.
- Work with other departments to develop and implement effective internal controls.
- Coordinate with external law enforcement agencies if necessary.
Qualifications
- Vigilance Supervisor:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Management, Law, or related disciplines).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally in security or vigilance.
- Assistant Manager Vigilance:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management position related to vigilance, security, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal aspects related to waste management operations.
