Responsibilities:
- Security Guard:
- Ensure the safety and security of premises, assets, and personnel.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment.
- Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies.
- Report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
- Social Media Handler:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase online presence.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends and track performance using analytics tools.
- Respond to queries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
- Accountant:
- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures.
- Data Entry Operator:
- Input data into systems and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Update and maintain records, files, and databases.
- Verify and correct errors in data entry.
- Assist with administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Security Guard:
- Education: Middle or Matric qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in security or related fields is preferred.
- Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to handle emergency situations.
- Social Media Handler:
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in social media management or content creation is a plus.
- Skills: Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills. Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
- Accountant:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel. Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Data Entry Operator:
- Education: Matric or Intermediate qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in data entry is a plus.
- Skills: Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
