Responsibilities:
- Recovery of Outstanding Debts:
- Contact clients and customers with overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Work to resolve disputes related to debts and ensure timely payments.
- Handle all communication related to debt collection in a professional and tactful manner.
- Maintain detailed records of all recovery actions, payments, and client communications.
- Report recovery progress and any issues to the management team.
- Ensure that recovery targets are met in line with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring that payments are made on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in understanding their payment obligations.
- Address customer queries related to recovery processes and offer solutions where necessary.
- Stay updated on legal requirements and best practices in debt recovery.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate, Bachelor, or BA degree in any relevant field.
- Prior experience in recovery or debt collection is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recovery procedures and regulations is a plus.
