Key Responsibilities
- Lathe Machine Operator:
- Operate and maintain lathe machines to ensure precise manufacturing of parts and components.
- Regularly inspect and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine and perform routine maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines while operating machinery.
- Mechanical Production Supervisor:
- Supervise the production process and manage day-to-day operations of the factory floor.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead and train production staff, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Production Supervisor:
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring materials, equipment, and workers are aligned for efficient operations.
- Plan and schedule production runs, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs and materials usage.
- Ensure that all production activities meet quality and safety standards.
- Quality Supervisor:
- Monitor and control product quality at every stage of the production process.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to meet industry standards.
- Implement corrective actions for any quality issues found.
- Train and supervise quality control staff to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications
- Education: The following educational backgrounds are preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree, DAE, Intermediate, or Matric
- Relevant certifications or training in the manufacturing and production field (e.g., machine operation, production management, quality control).
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable but not required for all positions.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the position.
- Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
