Data Entry Operator & Clerk

A Private Company in Lahore is looking for skilled candidates for the positions of Data Entry Operator and Clerk. These roles are essential to the company’s operations, involving managing data entry tasks and clerical duties to ensure smooth office functioning. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry Operator

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in the company’s database.
  • Ensure all data entered is accurate and free from errors.
  • Process and organize documents, forms, and reports.
  • Perform data verification and cross-checking as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Clerk

  • Manage office tasks including filing, organizing, and maintaining documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain office supplies and order replacements when necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for management.
  • Assist in managing and organizing company records and documentation.
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties as required.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Data Entry Operator: Preferably Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree (BA), or equivalent.
    • Clerk: Middle, Matric, Intermediate, BA, or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is a plus, though fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Data Entry Operator: Proficiency in typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with office software (Excel, Word).
    • Clerk: Organizational skills, good communication, and multitasking abilities.
