Key Responsibilities
- Sweeper:

- Manage and organize the personal schedule of executives.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing and document management.
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Recovery Inspector:
- Inspect and monitor recovery operations.
- Ensure all items or debts are properly recovered following company policies.
- Report and follow up on any unresolved issues.
- Female Receptionist:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
- Receptionist:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Maintain schedules, meetings, and office documentation.
- Provide information and assist with customer concerns.
- Cook:
- Prepare and cook meals as per company requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and follow food safety protocols.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Cleaner:
- Clean office areas, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene in the work environment.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Middle, Matric, Intermediate, Bachelor, BA or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Relevant work experience in customer service or administrative roles will be preferred.
