This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Manage incoming customer chats and emails, providing information about products/services and resolving issues.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and enhance their experience.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through open communication.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Requirements: A-Levels/Intermediate.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Natural instinct for empathy with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for customer care and communication is essential.
