Customer Experience Specialist

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Manage incoming customer chats and emails, providing information about products/services and resolving issues.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and enhance their experience.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through open communication.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, ensuring follow-up for resolution.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Go the extra mile to engage customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Requirements: A-Levels/Intermediate.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Natural instinct for empathy with customers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Native or bilingual proficiency in spoken and written English.
    • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for customer care and communication is essential.
