Responsibilities:
- Civil Engineer:
- Design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success.
- Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
- Monitor construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Site Supervisor:
- Supervise construction sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities on the site.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality construction standards.
- Report to the project manager on progress and issues encountered on-site.
- Ensure proper equipment and materials are available on-site.
Qualifications:
- For Civil Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. or equivalent).
- Knowledge of design software and construction practices.
- Previous experience in engineering projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- For Site Supervisor:
- Intermediate or DAE in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and ensure project timelines are met.
