National Power Parks Management Company Pvt Limited is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to oversee the organization’s operations and strategic direction. This leadership role requires an individual with substantial experience in management, strong decision-making capabilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the energy sector. The CEO will be responsible for ensuring the company’s growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
As CEO, the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide visionary leadership to the company by setting strategic goals and ensuring their alignment with the company’s mission.
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead the senior management team in achieving organizational objectives.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Implement policies and procedures that ensure the company meets all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with the company’s goals.
- Monitor financial health, manage cash flow, and ensure profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Represent the company in discussions with key stakeholders, including government agencies, business partners, and the public.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, government officials, and other external stakeholders.
- Human Resource Management:
- Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and development programs.
- Ensure that the organizational culture is in line with the company’s values and goals.
- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Oversee risk management practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure the company adheres to environmental and safety standards within the energy sector.

Qualifications
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership or managerial role, preferably in the energy or power sector.
- Proven track record of successful management and operational leadership in a large-scale organization.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, business operations, and strategic planning.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and employees.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in the energy sector.
