Key Responsibilities:
- Chef:
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff.
- Develop and create new menu items and recipes.
- Ensure all food preparation meets the restaurant’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory for kitchen supplies.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.
- Cook:

Qualifications:
- Education Required:

- Cook: Middle or Matric education preferred. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Experience Required:
- Chef: Prior experience as a chef or head cook in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Cook: Experience as a cook or kitchen helper in a restaurant or food establishment is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
