Responsibilities
- Risk Manager:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks affecting the pension fund.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies.
- Monitor and report on risk-related issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure risk is effectively managed across the organization.
- Research Analyst:
- Conduct in-depth research on financial markets, pension plans, and investment strategies.
- Analyze and interpret data to help improve investment decisions and performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on research findings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and emerging risks.
- Chief Accounting Officer:
- Oversee the financial operations and accounting practices of the pension fund.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the department.
- Compliance Officer:
- Ensure the pension fund adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to detect non-compliance or fraud.
- Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters affecting the pension fund.
Qualifications
- Risk Manager:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in finance or pension funds.
- Research Analyst:
- Master’s or M.Phil in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial research and data analysis.
- Chief Accounting Officer:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Extensive experience in accounting and financial management.
- Compliance Officer:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience in compliance, legal or regulatory work in the financial sector is preferred.
