Branch Manager & Salesman

A Private Company in Lahore is seeking skilled and dedicated candidates for the positions of Branch Manager and Salesman. These roles are vital to the company’s growth, and the selected candidates will be responsible for managing branch operations and driving sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Branch Manager

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Monitor and improve sales and customer service performance.
  • Ensure the branch meets its revenue and profitability targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on branch performance and financials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize training and development programs for branch staff.

Salesman

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Demonstrate and explain products to potential customers, addressing any queries.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities and events.
  • Maintain knowledge of the product range and market trends to advise customers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Report sales performance to management.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Branch Manager: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree (BA, B.com, or related fields).
    • Salesman: Matric, Intermediate, I.com, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent educational qualifications.
  • Experience:
    • For Branch Manager: Previous experience in branch or retail management is preferred.
    • For Salesman: Experience in sales or customer service roles will be an advantage, though fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Branch Manager: Leadership, problem-solving, organizational skills, and financial acumen.
    • Salesman: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a persuasive personality.
