Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to the Punjab Land Records Authority on matters related to land records and property disputes.

- Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting land records.
- Assist in resolving legal issues and disputes related to land ownership, transfers, and titles.

Qualifications:
- Required:
- LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or LLM (Master of Laws).
- BA in Law or related field may be considered for specific roles.
- Proven experience in legal practice, preferably in property or land law.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, drafting legal documents, and courtroom representation.
- Preferred Skills:
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Knowledge of government regulations related to land and property records.
