Accountant & Store Keeper

A reputable Private Company in Lahore is seeking to hire qualified and skilled individuals for the positions of Accountant and Store Keeper. Responsibilities

Accountant

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and categorized.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors during audits and resolve any financial discrepancies.

Store Keeper

  • Manage and oversee the company’s inventory, ensuring the proper storage and organization of materials and supplies.
  • Track and record the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.
  • Prepare inventory reports, including stock levels and usage.
  • Ensure all goods are stored safely and securely and are easily accessible when required.
  • Collaborate with procurement and other departments to manage inventory requirements.
  • Maintain records of items and supplies for efficient tracking and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree, BBA, B.com, or related qualifications in business management, accounting, or a similar field.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or inventory management is preferred.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
