Accountant & Call Center Agent

A well-established Private Company in Lahore is currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the roles of Accountant and Call Center Agent. Responsibilities

Accountant

  • Record financial transactions and ensure all accounts are updated and accurate.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Call Center Agent

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues.
  • Provide information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record and maintain customer interaction details in the company database.
  • Manage customer expectations and follow up as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering efficient and courteous service.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Accountant: A Bachelor’s degree in B.com or related fields.
    • Call Center Agent: Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree, or relevant education.
  • Experience:
    • For Accountants: Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
    • For Call Center Agents: Experience in customer service or call center roles is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Accountant: Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, attention to detail.
    • Call Center Agent: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
