Responsibilities:
For Thekedar (Contractor):
- Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of construction or maintenance projects.
- Ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Team Supervision:
- Manage and supervise labor teams, ensuring they meet project requirements and safety standards.
- Material Management:
- Ensure the necessary materials are available and properly utilized for each project.
For Welder:
- Welding Operations:
- Perform welding tasks on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and other metals.
- Work with precision tools to ensure quality and durability of welded joints.
- Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform welding repairs on damaged structures, machinery, or equipment.
For Worker:
- General Labor Tasks:
- Assist in loading/unloading, cleaning, and basic construction tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support Duties:
- Perform various tasks as required by the supervisor or other team members.
For Tailor:
- Clothing Production:
- Tailor garments to fit customers based on measurements or designs.
- Repairs and Alterations:
- Carry out repairs and alterations on garments as needed.
- Material Management:
- Work with fabric, patterns, and sewing machines to ensure the production of high-quality clothing.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Primary or Middle education level.
- Technical training or certifications in welding, tailoring, or construction (for specific roles) are a plus.
- Skills:
- For Thekedar: Project management and supervisory skills.
- For Welder: Knowledge of different welding techniques and safety procedures.
- For Worker: Ability to perform physical tasks and follow instructions.
- For Tailor: Proficiency in sewing and garment alteration.
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in the industry is preferred but not mandatory. On-the-job training may be provided.
