Responsibilities
Contract Management Specialist & Officer:
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts related to departmental projects and services.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in contract execution.
- Collaborate with legal teams to address disputes or amendments.
- Monitor contract performance and handle renewals or terminations as necessary.
Procurement Specialist & Officer:
- Plan and execute procurement strategies to support departmental operations.
- Oversee vendor selection, bid evaluations, and contract awards.
- Ensure adherence to procurement laws and departmental guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting purposes.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with government procurement regulations is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in software tools and systems related to procurement and contract management.
