The Specialist Targeting Enrollment will play a key role in the development and implementation of strategies for the enrollment of targeted beneficiaries for social protection programs in Sindh. The role is vital for ensuring that vulnerable populations are accurately and efficiently included in the programs designed to improve their socio-economic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for targeting and enrolling beneficiaries for various social protection programs.
- Ensure accuracy in identifying and enrolling eligible individuals or families based on predefined criteria.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local authorities, to ensure effective enrollment processes.
- Manage data collection and ensure that beneficiary information is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
- Monitor and evaluate enrollment procedures to identify and address any challenges or inefficiencies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the progress of enrollment activities to senior management.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in social protection programs or targeting/enrollment-related roles is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management systems, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Languages: Proficiency in Urdu and English is required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
