Responsibilities
Procurement Specialist & Procurement Officer:
- Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage tendering processes, supplier negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, laws, and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and internal reviews.
Contract Management Specialist & Officer:
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Handle disputes or revisions in contracts as necessary.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams for seamless contract execution.

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement or contract management roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of government procurement and contract procedures is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
