We are hiring for key positions, including Procurement Officer, Procurement Specialist, Contract Management Officer, and Contract Management Specialist. These roles are essential for supporting our mission to enhance mass transit solutions across Sindh.
Responsibilities
Procurement Officer & Specialist
- Develop and execute procurement strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, bidding, and contract negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory procurement guidelines.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Contract Management Officer & Specialist
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure deliverables are met as per agreed terms.
- Resolve disputes and issues arising from contract implementation.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract-related matters.
Qualifications
For Procurement Roles:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of procurement procedures, vendor management, and market research.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and software (e.g., ERP systems).
For Contract Management Roles:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Engineering (e.g., B.E, M.Sc).
- Knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with drafting and managing complex contracts.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the respective fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
