Job Responsibilities
- Assistant Director Environmental:
- Oversee and implement environmental compliance policies for the mass transit system.
- Ensure sustainable environmental practices are followed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain environmental standards.
- Driver:
- Safely transport personnel and materials as per the schedule.
- Maintain the vehicle in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Office Assistant:
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and office coordination.
- Provide support to various departments in day-to-day operations.
- Director Procurement:
- Lead procurement activities for projects related to mass transit.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and optimize purchasing strategies.
- Assistant Director:
- Assist senior directors in planning and implementing projects.
- Support team members and manage project timelines and resources.
- Director Contracts:
- Oversee contract management for construction and operational agreements.
- Negotiate, prepare, and manage contracts in line with legal and regulatory standards.
- Assistant Director Safety:
- Develop and enforce safety protocols for transit operations.
- Monitor safety practices across all operational aspects.
Qualifications
- Education:
- For some positions: M.Sc, MS, Master degree is preferred.
- For technical roles like Assistant Director Environmental and Procurement, Bachelor or B.E. (Engineering) and DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) are suitable.
- Middle education for certain roles (Driver, Office Assistant).
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in your field of expertise is an advantage, especially for managerial positions.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are a must for management roles.
- Technical roles require proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Experience in handling government contracts and safety protocols is preferred.
