Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and help meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute initiatives to increase market share, enhance sales, and optimize business performance.
- Pricing Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and sales trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide detailed reports on sales activities and market feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure timely order management and enhanced customer experience.
- After Sales Support: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a distribution company.
- Strong understanding of sales analysis, including evaluating performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Ability to conduct market research, gather and interpret data on competitors, customers, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships and working with team members.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales role, particularly in distribution and retail sales.
