This full-time position involves promoting and distributing products to different sales channels within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Distribution:
- Responsible for selling and distributing company products to clients in designated territories.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase sales revenue.
- Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services provided.
- Address customer concerns and feedback in a professional and prompt manner.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep track of competitor products and services.
- Provide reports to management on sales activities and client feedback.
- Product Promotion:
- Demonstrate and promote products to potential customers through direct meetings, events, and calls.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Logistics & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with logistics for the timely delivery of products to clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that clients’ orders are fulfilled on time.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Requirements:
- Preferably Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, distribution, or retail is highly advantageous but not mandatory. (Discuss during the interview)
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
