Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Specialist:
    • Manage and oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services.

    • Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of procurement processes and transactions.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.

  • Financial Management Specialist:
    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
    • Prepare financial statements and ensure their accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
    • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Ensure effective management of financial risks and compliance with government financial regulations.
    • Provide advice on financial management policies and procedures.
    • Work with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Procurement Specialist:
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the public sector.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Financial Management Specialist:
    • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or MS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Experience working in the public sector is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
