Responsibilities
Head Service Quality
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Monitor and improve service quality standards across the bank’s operations.
Unit Heads/Team Leads
- Lead teams to manage specialized banking and financial operations, including audit, risk management, and security.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
- Drive efficiency and innovation in assigned areas.
Manager Call Center
- Oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring timely and effective customer support.
- Train and supervise call center staff to maintain high service standards.
Security Analyst
- Monitor and manage the bank’s cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related disciplines.
- Preferred qualifications include MBA, M.Com, ACCA, MS, or PG Diploma.
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or related areas.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and banking operations.
