We are looking for a talented Marketing and Design professional to join our team. In this full-time on-site position, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, design visually compelling media, and perform market research to enhance brand presence. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to engage with the target audience, drive enrollment, and promote the college’s values.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competition in the education sector.
- Marketing Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Media & Design: Create compelling marketing materials, including graphics, advertisements, social media content, and promotional brochures.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align marketing and design efforts with institutional goals.
- Sales & Promotion: Support the sales team in developing strategies to drive student enrollments and increase brand visibility.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on design and creative content. Experience in the education sector is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to perform market research and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Strong creative and design skills with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
