Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is inviting applications for the role of Manager Employee Engagement. This position requires an individual with a strong background in employee engagement strategies, workforce management, and organizational culture development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee satisfaction, improving communication within the organization, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective employee engagement programs.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting communication, recognition, and development.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure employee well-being and productivity.
- Measure employee engagement levels through surveys and feedback.
- Organize team-building events, workshops, and training programs.
- Provide guidance to managers on effective employee engagement strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development of internal communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong experience in employee engagement and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software is preferred.
- Prior experience in a managerial or HR role is an advantage.
- Note: Additional certifications in HR or Employee Engagement may be preferred but not mandatory. Discuss during the interview.
