The company is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to fill the roles of Lady Medical Officer, Chief Engineer Compression, and Regional Incharge Medical Services. Responsibilities:
Lady Medical Officer:
- Provide medical care and support to the employees.
- Conduct health check-ups and medical assessments.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide treatment as needed.
- Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Chief Engineer Compression:
- Lead the engineering team responsible for gas compression systems.
- Design, implement, and optimize compression processes.
- Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance and safety.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for compression system upgrades or installations.
Regional Incharge Medical Services:
- Oversee the medical services provided across various regional offices of SSGC.
- Manage a team of medical staff and ensure high-quality health services.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and SSGC’s health policies.
- Organize medical awareness programs and manage healthcare facilities for employees.
- Provide reports and recommendations to senior management regarding health and safety.
Qualifications:
Lady Medical Officer:
- Education: MBBS or equivalent degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a medical practice or similar role.
- Skills: Strong medical knowledge, communication, and patient care skills.
Chief Engineer Compression:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in gas compression or related industries.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and project management experience.
Regional Incharge Medical Services:
- Education: Master’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in managing medical services or health-related operations.
- Skills: Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with medical regulatory requirements and employee health programs.
