Responsibilities:
- Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRM Officer):
- Lead the HR department and develop strategies for talent acquisition, employee retention, and performance management.
- Oversee employee training, development, and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR teams and ensure smooth operations in all HR-related functions.
- Chief Information Technology Officer (CIO):
- Oversee the IT infrastructure and operations of the organization.

- Financial Specialist:

Qualifications:
- Chief Human Resource Management Officer (CHRM Officer):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Chief Information Technology Officer (CIO):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with proven leadership skills in a corporate or government setting.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Professional certifications like CA, ACCA, or CPA are a plus.
- Legal Specialist:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LL.B., LLM).
- At least 3 years of experience in a legal advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance.
- Financial Specialist:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or reporting.
