Responsibilities:

• Sindhi/Arabic/Pashto/Japanese Speaker: Assist customers in the respective languages, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Email Chat Support Executive: Provide quick and effective solutions via email and live chat.
• Inbound/Outbound Specialist: Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide customer service, sales, or information.
• Patient Enrollment Specialist: Assist patients in enrolling for services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• E-Commerce Product Specialist: Manage product listings, monitor sales, and ensure inventory is up to date.
• Customer Success Specialist: Ensure customers’ long-term satisfaction and retention by providing continuous support and assistance.
• Technical Support Specialist: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for customers using a variety of platforms.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in the relevant language for specific roles.
• Relevant experience in customer support, e-commerce, or content marketing will be a plus.
• Technical proficiency, especially for technical support roles.
