Job Responsibilities
- Regional Incharge:
- Manage regional operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee gas distribution, maintenance, and emergency response in the designated region.

- Coordinate with teams for smooth operations and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare reports and strategic plans for regional development.
- Chief Engineer (Compression):
- Supervise and lead the technical operations of gas compression systems.
- Monitor the performance of equipment and optimize operations for efficiency.
- Ensure the installation and maintenance of machinery meet industry standards.
- Lead the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lady Medical Officer:
- Provide medical care and advice to employees.
- Manage employee health and wellness programs.
- Conduct medical checkups and ensure workplace safety.
- Maintain records of employee health and medical incidents.
- Provide first aid and manage medical emergencies when required.
Qualifications
- Regional Incharge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a relevant field.
- Prior experience in managing regional operations, preferably in the energy or utilities sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Chief Engineer (Compression):
- B.E. (Engineering) or equivalent qualification in relevant engineering discipline.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with gas compression systems and machinery.
- Strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Lady Medical Officer:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
- Prior experience in a similar medical officer role, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
