Responsibilities:
- Director Procurement & Contracts:
- Manage the procurement and contract activities related to mass transit projects.
- Ensure that procurement procedures comply with all legal and organizational guidelines.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Oversee contract implementation, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
- Assistant Director Environmental Health:
- Monitor environmental health aspects of mass transit projects and operations.
- Ensure adherence to environmental health standards and regulations.
- Develop strategies to mitigate any environmental risks associated with transit projects.
- Prepare reports and liaise with environmental agencies.
- Driver:
- Safely drive vehicles for transportation of staff, materials, and other necessary goods.
- Maintain vehicles in good condition, ensuring safety and regular servicing.
- Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and timely arrival at destinations.
- Office Assistant:
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office files.
- Handle correspondence and assist in documentation.
- Provide support in data entry, office organization, and other administrative functions.
Qualifications:
- Director Procurement & Contracts:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in government sectors or large-scale projects.
- Assistant Director Environmental Health:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience in environmental health management or regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Driver:
- Middle school education or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Office Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree or Middle/Intermediate education with relevant office skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
