- Subedar
- Sipahi (Soldier)
- Security Guard
- Subedar Major
These roles are vital for maintaining the safety and security of the company’s assets, employees, and premises.
Responsibilities
- Subedar & Subedar Major:
- Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure effective operations.
- Oversee the security team during patrols, investigations, and daily activities.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff.
- Report and address any security concerns or violations to senior management.
- Security Guard:
- Ensure the safety and protection of people, property, and assets.
- Patrol premises and monitor surveillance systems.
- Maintain vigilance and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Assist in emergency procedures and respond to incidents as required.
- Sipahi (Soldier):
- Perform duties related to security, maintaining law and order.
- Support senior security officers in carrying out operations.
- Engage in active patrols and assist in incident management.
- Maintain discipline and report any irregularities.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Subedar & Subedar Major: Intermediate or Matric qualification, with military experience preferred.
- Security Guard & Sipahi: Middle, Matric, or Intermediate education preferred.
- Military background is highly preferred for these roles.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in security services or a related field is a plus, especially for the Subedar and Subedar Major positions.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service will be considered an advantage.
