Key Responsibilities
- Sales Engagement: Reach out to international customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Promote and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of Telus Mobility products and services.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with any post-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Performance Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and team goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in international call centers, is a plus.
- Positive Attitude: Confidence, energy, and a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
- Punctual and Committed: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are key to success in this role.
- Freshers Welcome: Candidates with good English communication skills, even without prior sales experience, are encouraged to apply.
