International Sales Representative – Telus Mobility

Outwerk Solutions is actively seeking an ambitious and highly motivated International Sales Representative for our Telus Mobility project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with international customers, promote our services, and contribute to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Engagement: Reach out to international customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Promote and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of Telus Mobility products and services.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist with any post-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Performance Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and team goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience, particularly in international call centers, is a plus.
  • Positive Attitude: Confidence, energy, and a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Punctual and Committed: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability are key to success in this role.
  • Freshers Welcome: Candidates with good English communication skills, even without prior sales experience, are encouraged to apply.
