International Sales Executive

Experts Communication, a leading BPO & IT company based in Karachi, is looking for a highly skilled International Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and negotiating contracts with international clients. You will work within a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the company’s success while enjoying competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with international clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, close sales deals, and manage contracts to ensure profitable agreements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Documentation: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Account Management: Handle B2B sales and provide excellent account management services to clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • English Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in international sales, with at least 1 year in design sales being a plus.
  • B2B Sales: Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Call Center/BPO Experience: Experience in a call center or BPO environment is a plus.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach.
